Each piece undergoes an exhaustive authentication protocol by our master conservators, including microscopic hallmark verification, spectroscopic metal assay, movement disassembly, and cross-referencing with manufacturer historical archives (Patek Philippe, Leica, Remington, Omega, etc.). Every artifact comes with an embossed archival deed signed by our Chief Conservator.
How is high-value antique shipping handled securely?
We employ dedicated white-glove armored logistics couriers for all transit. Items are secured within custom velvet-padded cedarwood boxes with tamper-evident wax seals, accompanied by 100% full-value insurance underwritten by Lloyd's of London.
What is your return policy for collectors?
We offer a 30-day unconditional museum inspection period. If the acquired relic fails to meet your highest standards or independent appraisal, we arrange complimentary armored collection and provide a 100% immediate refund.
