How is the fare calculated during heavy traffic?

AutoPulse uses transparent government-approved metro meter pricing. You pay the standard base fare plus the GPS-tracked kilometer rate. If the auto is stationary in bumper-to-bumper traffic for more than 15 minutes, a minimal standard waiting charge of ₹1.20 per minute is added. There are no sudden surge spikes.

Can I carry luggage or strollers in the rickshaw?

Yes! All our passenger autos have a dedicated rear parcel shelf that easily holds 1-2 standard cabin trolley suitcases or backpacks. For large boxes, heavy marketplace purchases, or multiple large suitcases, we recommend booking the Auto XL / Cargo Express option.

Are your electric rickshaws safe during monsoon rains?

Absolutely. Our electric autos are equipped with IP67-rated water-resistant battery enclosures and high ground clearances designed specifically for tropical urban puddles. Every vehicle also carries roll-down transparent weather curtains to keep you dry.

How do I request a Pink Auto with a female driver?

Female riders can select "Pink Auto" under the vehicle category option on our booking screen or in the mobile app. The nearest verified female driver partner will be dispatched with priority.
